You Should Be Reading Other Stuff, Too
Most of you are probably pretty good at not just reading my blog. This is good. For those of you who aren’t, it’s time you gave it a shot. You need to broaden your horizons. I’ll take this opportunity to point to the list of sources to the right, there, including other Azerbaijan PCV blogs, Azerbaijani news sources, and other good websites.
AND! I’ve made some additions! I’ve added two blogs to the PCV blog list, one by Sara in Zerdab, Lost in Azerbaijan, and the other Azer-[bye]-Jackie by Jackie, my pseudo-sitemate in Liman, a town just north of Lənkəran.
The other exciting addition is a section for blogs by Azerbaijanis. I’ve started with three, hopefully to add more soon. You can see it on the left, towards the end of the list there: Flying Carpets and Broken Pipelines, by a woman, Arzu, who travels back and forth between Turkey and Azerbaijan. In Mutatione Fortitudo is written by a young Azerbaijani man, and one of his posts includes a picture of Barack in Azerbaijan a few years ago. The last one I’ve added is by an Azerbaijani mother living in London, known as Scary Azeri.
